I was introduced to Ancestral Supplements through my daughter Tiffany a bit over a month ago. I did my research on the company and their supplements and was so impressed I ordered 4 of their supplements which I mention below. I cannot believe how well we are doing great on Ancestral Supplements!!! First thing I noticed was my brain fog lift, more calmness, deep sleep, vivid dreams. I don’t wake up achy anymore. I used to wake up with my neck and shoulders stiff always! I was constantly making trips to my chiropractor because of the constant pain. Not anymore! My stamina is even better. For me, besides the severe digestive issues I’ve suffered all my life, my other big issue has always been my energy. I have worked with different practitioners throughout the years and it’s always the same. I start to feel better but the energy is NEVER what it should be. There would be good days and tired days. Never consistent energy. Even working with a practitioner I was working with recently and taking all the expensive supplements I was taking, I felt better to some extent, but the energy issue was still the same, brain fog, achiness and so forth. With your supplements I noticed a significant difference within the first few days! I knew there were issues with my Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder because they had come up on my testing but though they had me on targeted support for them I didn’t feel like I feel now. The supplements I was previously taking felt like just supplements which provided some support whereas your supplements have felt like nourishment & true healing because I feel like I’m coming alive! From your product line I have been taking Liver, Bone & Marrow, Beef Organs & Tallow. Recently I added Pancreas for digestive enzyme support which has been great for that & Trachea especially since I’ve been dealing with illness for so long. I noticed when I added Trachea, this nagging pain I always had in my abdomen area, under my breastbone and between my ribs, finally went away. Not sure what it did but it was a good thing for it to be finally gone. My husband has been taking the same as me plus MOFO. It took him a little longer than me to feel the effects but of course he hadn’t been dealing with the health issues I have been dealing with for so long, but he was definitely needing targeted support in certain areas. He too is now having vivid dreams, doesn’t wake up achy, has more stamina and also, no more brain fog. It’s incredible what quality nutrition can do to the body. Our bodies NEED nourishment. It doesn’t get any better than Ancestral Supplements. I really appreciate the amazing Customer Service as well. One thing I will mention because I see this a lot in the reviews. When you choose a specific product, go to the Ancestral Supplements website and read all the info on that product. Educate yourself on it. On every supplement you will read the importance of STARTING SLOW. Most people don’t realize that their lymphatic system may be sluggish & their detox pathways may not be working properly. This was the case with me so when I first started working with a practitioner, we worked for months on getting those detox pathways open. These supplements work unlike anything I’ve ever taken but you will NEED TO GO SLOW at first. Be patient and start with 1 capsule for a week then go to 2 the next week and so forth until you get to your desired dosage. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. This has been the case with me in the past. When taking the Ancestral supplements, even at 1 capsule a week, I’ve dealt with minor discomforts but again, I’ve been dealing with health issues for many years so this is expected when you’re trying to heal. BE PATIENT, it will get better. If you have never worked with a practitioner before, you may even have to start with 1/2 capsule to begin with and that’s ok. After about 25 years of being a vegan (and a raw fooder for most of that) my body got depleted. Before I learned of and switched to carnivore around this June/July my energy had gotten low and I had developed jaundice, a high amylase lab, and blue-green urine. Trying to buy time to avoid a referral to Gastroenterology, I asked my primary care if I could try a change in diet for a month and redo labs. I switched initially to a non-vegan keto diet but after about 2 weeks switched to carnivore after watching a podcast where Dr. Joseph Mercola interviewed Dr. Paul Saladino. Since going carnivore my amylase went down 62 points and I expect it to be normal in October's lab. Urine cleared quickly initially and the jaundice is either resolved or is just very faint now on the abdomen. The challenging low energy adaptation period was to be expected on keto/carnivore, but now I am noticing increased strength and energy. I'm doing strengthening and stretching exercises daily and dancing most nights for exercise and am starting to feel stronger and can feel I am building muscle. I cannot discern exactly how the Bone Marrow is affecting me. I had stopped taking the bone meal product initially, but then restarted it when I learned there is no lead in this product and that I can trust this. My mood and mental clarity are so much better than when I was running on carbs as a vegan. I foresee long-term staying on carnivore and staying on Ancestral Supplements beef liver, bone marrow, and beef organs. And listening to Dr. Paul Saladino's podcasts to continue to learn. I trust the purity of the Ancestral Supplements products completely and am thankful to have found them. Health update October 2019: This week I got a clean bill of health after being diagnosed in March 2019 with jaundice, blue-green urine, and a very high amylase lab at my annual primary care visit. I'm 66, female, and had been vegan since 1994, high carb/very low fat. I started a vegan Plant Paradox diet in 2018 with higher fat. From March to July I tried tweaking my Plant Paradox diet, but health issues continued. In July I started a non-vegan ketogenic diet. In mid-July I learned about the carnivore diet and decided to go for it! The blue-green urine cleared quickly in July after starting carnivore. The jaundice completely resolved by early October. The amylase lab and now lipase lab were very mildly elevated still in early October, so my primary care wanted me to see Gastroenterology to be safe and thorough. I saw GI and the physician assistant said the labs were of no concern since I felt good and had no symptoms and dismissed me from GI! Health conditions resolved in 4 months on carnivore diet! Since July I have been taking Ancestral Supplement Beef Liver, Beef Organs, Bone Marrow, and added Beef Brain in September. Also experimenting with Beef Intestines for a while. I strongly believe that these Ancestral Supplement products have been absolutely vital in my recovery and I will continue to use these. I am eating a nose-to-tail carnivore diet as taught by Dr. Paul Saladino, and he highly recommends Ancestral Supplement products for those of us who don't find organs palatable or have no access to them. I am deeply thankful for these high quality freeze-dried supplements and the integrity of the company. I am deeply thankful to now be healthy on carnivore diet!

Going into almost my 4 bottle of these bone marrow and omg I love them can not live without them now, they give me loads of energy and my skin and hair are really benefiting too, I have even got my sister onto them and her friend we all love them ❤️❤️❤️
