As other reviewers have alluded to, the Core Restore shampoo is typically the best go-to shampoo for thinning hair that gives a fuller look. Suffice to say, after I use it, and after I blow-dry my hair with a hairbrush, my hair does look fuller. That said, if I then wear a snap-back (as I'm very trendy), the fullness of the hair disappears and thus you could say that the results are very temporary. That said, it's much cheaper than a hair transpant, even from Turkey!
