I have ordered a Philips epilator before and it's working fine till now...more than a year now.Now I was excited for this one as well... delivery packaging was fine...but the moment I used it... totally worthless....the trimmer head atleast works a bit but the shaver head is completely useless from which I was expecting the most.It makes a very strange noise while using like it's broken from inside.The sleek design...high cost...all for nothing?I have to use the shaver head multiple times on the same area and nothing happens...a disposable hand shaver is better than this... atleast gives some results.I ordered it cz it's portable..easy to carry...but what is it worth if I'm not getting the results?
