I just had major surgery on my shoulder and this unit is being used for rehabilitation. I have found that it works very well and that the strap-type resistance is very smooth. Assembly takes about five minutes, so please don't pay for the "expert assembly" option, as it comes with the tools needed to assemble it, as well as instructions for doing so. The LED display works as it should, and it has a timer option for those of us who need to work for a set amount of time. The construction of the unit seems solid as well, and it looks like it should last and not break anytime soon.I would certainly recommend this for anyone who needs to rehab their shoulder at home.

My doctor recommended to me that I should get a mini bike to exercise after my two hip surgeries. The bike is good for strengthening the affected leg, the core muscles, and to help regain balance. The bike has different intensity levels, so I am starting at the lowest level. It also has a monitor that provides useful info such as time spent on exercising, the distance covered (though in meters, which I still have trouble with), And calories burned.I've placed the small bike under my desk and have begin using it as I work on the computer. This is a nice arrangement as I can exercise and work at the same time. I've only just started to use the bike, but it seems to do exactly what the doctor said it would. I hope to be off the walker and cane soon with the use of this convenient exercise bike.

Bought it as a gift for a friend who goes to the gym. And although I thought he might like it to use under his desk he did not find it very practical. This item would be a very good source of exercise for those who are in front of the television and just want to get exercise as they watch TV.

I like that it has a digital display so you know how fast and how far you have gone. And you are staying active without too much effort. It also lets you excerise your arms. I am a senior and it helps me get active and exercise.

Showed up with sticky tacky stuff all over both pedalsknob on the front was broken OFFno idea how it would have functioned, had it not been a broken mess !

got this for my mom to use for upper cardio her insurance ran out for rehab worked great.She also uses it on legs easy to use and work.
