I'm a 36J cup and thought I'd give this a try.I bought the recommended size and it works really well.You'll need to experiment to see where it works best for you. I found having it a bit lower on my chest worked for me.

I am a 34H. I run. I tend to go for maximum support and anti-bounce bras, and that's pretty OK as long as I tighten the bra straps. This adds that extra little bit of restriction though and I had noticeably less bounce when I use this that when I just use a high impact sports bra.I definitely should have bought a medium (or even a small) as the large leaves me with loads.of.spare band. Easily solved by using a hair bobble.and threading the loose bit through, but check measurements before ordering (I just assumed).
