Darlly SC778 Pre-Filter Hot Tub Spa Filters Hozelock Fitting

The difference in the water was definitely noticeable

This is not a prefilter. It’s a cheap foam tube that screens nothing from the water. It is a moulded 3/4 female screw cup at the top not a Hozelok fitting.

Perfect for what I needed.

I brought this filter hoping it would prevent limescale building up when freshly changing the water in our hot tub. Unfortunately it made no difference at all and I also had to buy a screw-in adapter to fit the hose pipe connector.

First time of use and the screw end cap detached itself from the body of the filter. Not well constructed
