Fácil de programar ya teníamos unos setting programados y al instalar el Joystick los reconoció, Fácil de usar realmente muy contenta con la compra. Las utilizamos para controlar camaras para poder hacer transmisión en vivo.

Excellent product
Had one for over a year, unfortunately the cords got tangled around my chair and it fell on the floor face down and broke the joystick. Ordered a new part from HC but the lead time was too long so I bought a whole new unit. Strange as it seems, the new part showed up about an hour after the new unit. So now I have 2. No problem though. I have 5 cameras and with 2 units now working, I can use them all.

Headache that cost $300.
I was expecting a bit better than this. Overall quality, is okay, but connecting and setting up and adjusting, it’s a headache! Definitely NOT plug and play! PC keyboard is plug and play, but this one, is something special, that requires programming. However, if you still needed, you’ll be buying regardless, manual says a lot without saying anything useful!

purchased this for my PTZ camera a year ago, we LOVE the zoom options and the preprogramed settings.made a perfect addtion to our Live Stream set up for church services.
