I did expect a non slip handle as described in sellers listing - all it is just a plastic open handle that will become slippery if oil comes in contact. The glass is on the heavy side but looks solid and one has to be careful in putting it together.but other than that it is much better than what the supermarkets are selling, as their cooking oil comes in thin plastic bottle that has a cheap plastic flip off lid that has oil running down your fingers each time one open it.Lets hope this product solves the problem(suggest you make a 1 litre size- then we would not need to store the remainder of the oil we have left over once decanted...

I bought this as I am disabled and have difficulty picking up and using big bottles of oil, plus the caps are a nightmare for me and the bottle always ends up right messy and oily. Now my carer puts some in this for me which is a dream to use. It's light, easy to pour the right amount and stays clean. No mess, fighting with caps or spills for me any more!

I bought this one and a smaller one. Because of essential tremor trying to lift and pour from heavy 1ltr+ bottles and containers is very hard work and sometimes messy to boot. This jug makes it so much easier. this size is a little heavy and close to my limit, but others shouldn't have a problem. The smaller one does suit my needs better. Even so, It still feels good to hold and the self opening lid makes thing less difficult. The wide neck allows filling easy and cleaning pretty good. I do however put both parts in the dishwasher, top rack.

This one has a small metal ring around the spout which ensures that there are no drips. Some other very similar models do not. So pleased with the one I bought for me that I purchased three more for family members as presents. Unfortunately the price had gone up but still worth it.

After browsing through numerous oil dispenser on Amazon and going through the endless reviews I finally settled on this product. It’s perfect and unlike my previous oil dispenser does not drip and coat the outside of the bottle. It’s hassle free and B easy to use albeit carefully. I did notice that the glass on the base is a bit thin for my liking else would give it five stars. However my family now raves about how clean them surface of the kitchen work top now remains without the dribbles and patches of oil left by the earlier dispenser. So very happy with my purchase.

Rather expensive for what it is but it does the job well, easy to fill, pours well and the top falls into place stopping any leaks. Would have liked a rather larger capacity (say 1L) but it's much easier and cleaner than using bottles of oil. The only problem is, however, refilling the bottle: it can be difficult to get the top off the bottle and last time we tried to do this the plastic top cam apart into two pieces with the lower one stuck firmly to the glass. Unsure now if I'll replace it with a similar model.

Would 100% reccomend this product, we use a quite a bit of oil in indian cooking and having to lug the big container out and having sticky draws that always need cleaning, this is amazing, no oil running down side, good size and frees up space in cupboard. Much better than a stainless steel replica that came from india

Base glass very very thin , I know because the oil leaked out of a very small hole on edge of base. A complet waste of money.
