Amazon please help me with this issue! One defective part!
Ordered the pair of chaise lounges. Huge box And a lot of parts to unwrap and lay out. First one was okay. Second one the right arm was cracked.Looking at instructions it said call manufacturer. After 40 minutes on hold I finally got a real person who told me that the right arm part I needed was not in stock and that I should call where I bought the chaises from. That would be AMAZON ... when I look at my options I have two choices. Either to replace or return the item- so, my only option is to rebuy two chaises!After the hassle and time it took to put these together the last thing we want to do is dis-assemble these and try to stuff them back in the box.No option to get just one replaced- no option to talk to anyone at amazon. Amazon did not charge for the replacement pair - with the condition that they receive the defective original order back within 30 days.RIDICULOUS THAT I HAVE TO TAKE APART A CHAISE LOUNGE AND STRUGGLE TO GET TWO CHAISES BACK INTO THE BOX!!THE DEFECTIVE ONE JUST NEEDED A NEW RIGHT ARM.PLEASE HELP ME AMAZON!

Poor quality
The product was not worth the price and low quality. The foot portions of the chairs do not secure to the rest of the chair as indicated in the assembly instructions. The seat portion of one of the chairs was manufactured upside down so the seams and tag were on top of the chair. I would NOT recommend these chairs.

one chair was fine, the other was not
one chair was fine, the other was not. the last step is slipping the leg rest section into the body of chair. hole did not line up with "button". Rather than take them all apart and repkg both of them to return (no small task), my husband was able to file the hole bigger, make the adjustment necessary to make them work. not all people have the tools for that. and how are you to know its flawed until the very end.

Strange place to put a break in the fabric.
You can't see from the photo in the ad, but there is a break in the fabric at the point where the arm rests end, which is where the back of your thigh will rest on the seat. Usually the break in the fabric (if at all), is where the lower seat meets the back of the chair. Once seated, you don't really notice it, but at first glance, it looks like your tush might slip thru the opening. I got these chairs for a steal at about $200.00 for the pair, so I'll live with it. Aside from that, the chairs are sturdy and look great on my patio.

Nice
Nice loungers for the money. Fairly easy to assemble. One of the loungers is off balance because of the legs but not a big deal to me. I purchased chaise lounge cushions from At Home store and they fit perfectly.

Not for long term
Have had for 3.5 years. frames are rusting fabric falling apart. They are in direct sun all day. I need to replace.

Frustrating experience
Welds do not line up so made assembly impossible. Materials are good, just poor manufacturing. One of the two assembled, I had product replaced and again only one of two could be assembled.

Bad product
Received 3 boxes of two chairs each. Missing numerous parts. Legs to not line up to seat. Lounges do not sit flat on floor. With missing and defective parts, had to combine parts of 6 chairs to get 4 that were complete. Spent 5 hours putting "minor assembly required". Do not buy these.
