Works but very small
I thought this would work for my family. Truthfully, it may not even be large enough for an individual.Note, I did not try cooking rice, but oatmeal first thing. I perfectly followed the directions for one serving of oatmeal. The instructions give directions for up to 3 servings. I even used the portion measurement it sent. Within 3 minutes, hot oatmeal juice was bubbling down the side of the cooker and all over my counter. Yikes. At least it cleaned up easily and the resulting oatmeal was perfectly cooked, but if the container isn't large enough to keep one serving of oatmeal from bubbling everywhere, I can't imagine what 3 cups dry rice would do.Amazon was excellent for the return and I found a larger cooker.

it's my second
bought one 4 years ago and i used it a lot. takes small footprint on a counter, easy to use and clean. still working fine but needed a second one.
