I love the hair, it's sooo soft. I wish I would have measured my head and got a size large because the medium seems to be too tight. The hair is not styled like the picture. I ended up having to cut the front a little to give the swoop bang look. I got a 14in and I probably should have got a 12in because it doesn't have a defined Bob look as it does I'm the picture. This was my first time buying a lace front so I'll know what to do the next time. Overally, the hair quality is great!!
