It's not anywhere near as large as a Bosu, but it does has the same basic purpose. I love mine - I have one at work which I use both standing and sitting at my desk, and one at home for aiding workouts. One possible downside for people is that you can't get as wide of a stance on it as the Bosu, but for the price I think it is a good buy.

Q: How do i get it to blow up more. Having a hard time with needleband pumpgetting it blow up and not deflate more.

Just got mine today had same problem.. you have to squeeze the cushion till you feel the cylinder inside the place you put the needle then put the needle it and squish the cushion sideways until the black part of the pump looks like it touching cushion. I wasnt pushing to needle all the way in and once i got it in it was easy to blow up. Also used youtube to get a visual how to.

Q: How do you deflate it?

You should be able to deflate it by inserting the pump needle into the port and squeezing. That will defeat the one-way valve.
