Really like this little waffle maker, takes up little space in cupboard and countertop. Bakes waffle batter to a tee. Waffles are easy to remove. A quick one-two with a cloth or paper towel is all that is needed to clean.

... then I made some waffles and am grinning from ear-to-ear!Okay, let's be honest. This was an impulse purchase. I was craving waffles one day and this thing popped up in my search. I'm SO glad that it did!It's super easy to use. It's perfect for one person and doesn't take up huge space. In fact the footprint is about the same size as a large coffee cup. (See photo) Due to its size, it would be PERFECT in an RV or college dorm.For those of us that doing feed an army at every meal this wonderful little waffle maker more than fits the bill.There no temperature control. You plug it in and it's on. Unplug and it's off.This little thing simply does its job and does it well.If you want something that stirs the batter for you, this isn't for you. However, if you just want a nice toasty waffle, buy this! You won't regret it!

after an initial clean, I turned on the waffle iron and quickly noticed a strong unpleasant chemical/metallic smell - this will make you want to return it, but don't give up! I soaked a kitchen paper towel and lightly wrung it out and placed in into the hot waffle iron, closing the lid. It helps to steam clean the plates. Repeat this 3-5 times and it should be significantly better smelling after that. Mine smells fine now and we have used it 3 times today. The waffles we made came out great! The plates are non-stick - we didn't need to brush with oil or anything. Its fast, cute and it works! My son had lots of fun 'baking' with this.

Wow, this little waffle maker is great! A few months ago we started watching our carbs. I stumbled across some recipes for chaffles (which I’d never heard of before) and had to get one of these Dash waffle makers to try it! And I am sold on this! I love all the color choices and I’m very happy with the copper. Clean up is so easy, just wipe it down. Non stick surface releases the chaffles with ease. I’ve found that 1/4 cup batter fits perfectly. It’s small but it’s just me and my husband so we don’t need anything big. I’ve also ordered one of the mini griddles and can’t wait to get that! Very happy with the product!

I began a low-carb eating plan several months ago, have lost most of the weight I wanted to lose, and am now in a maintenance mode. I found "chaffle" recipes online, the Dash Mini Maker is the perfect size for making these recipes. The recipe makes two chaffles, which is a perfect serving size for me. This maker holds only one waffle at a time, so if you're making more than a couple of waffles at a time, a larger maker is probably better.The temperature is factory set, the power indicator goes on and off as the elements heat to maintain temperature. The recipe I use cooks in about 4 minutes to a golden brown with a bit of crispness. Perfection. Like many electric devices, it cannot be immersed in water, but a damp sponge or dishcloth with a bit of detergent then going over it with a plain water dampened cloth cleans the non-stick waffle surfaces well.If you are following low-carb eating you can find many variations on the cheese waffle (chaffle) online. Or, if you just want an occasional waffle, this maker is great for one or two waffles.

This is hands down, my absolute favorite waffle maker. So cute and stylish and so freaking easy to use. It’s very easy to clean, which is a must for me. And though it only does one waffle at a time, it is so quick and easy to use, it makes them very quick. If you are cooking for a household greater than 4 it may not be suitable for that but 1-3 people, I wouldn’t use anything else. It’s also very portable and lightweight and would work great for RVs and Travel Trailers. Overall, I love this little unit a lot!

I got this because my older daughter loves bunnies and my toddler is started on solids. It makes delicious pancakes fast. The bunnies are so cute! It's also pretty easy to clean.

I couldn't resist buying this mini waffle maker, because... Well, waffles!That said, I was initially surprised by how small it is. It produces a waffle a little smaller than a typical frozen one, but it heats up quickly and indicates that it's ready with a light. I'm pleased with how evenly it cooks the waffles, and it's been interesting to experiment with different waffle bases (think croissant or biscuit dough - it's worth trying, believe me).It's a very attractive little appliance, and takes up very little cupboard space, so it's great for those infrequent waffle cravings.

This makes the cutest bunny waffles, we love it! I make it in batches, freeze them and when the kids want some, get them out of the freezer and hop in the toaster! Fantastic and soooo cute!!

My review will get lost amongst the billion other positive ones of this product, but I'll do it anyways, because it's totally worth it.I make sourdough waffles and I freeze them. The ones I don't scarf down after taking them off of this grill, I freeze...The size makes them amazingly marvellous for breakfast with fresh fruit. Good for desserts, as well.I plan to make a bunch and give them to my neighbours for the Holidays.They're cute and convenient and easy to serve and store.I love this thing. I love it so much that I don't want to use it too much and begin to grow tired of it. Then, I'll have nothing left...nothing.Don't look at me.
