I got this strap so that I could attach my iPod Nano (6th edition) and have my hands free. I use this on my wrist rather than upper arm and it fits perfectly. The strap is completely adjustable and I didn't even have to cut it to length or shorten it. It fit right out of the box. It's all cloth so it's completely comfortable for wearing while working out (I wear it for 3-5 mile walks) and didn't irritate my wrist at all.Whatever device you want to use with this will need a clip style back in order to attach to the strap. This is just a regular velcro strap that goes around your arm or wrist and doesn't have any type of holder attachment on it.

Strap was slightly small. Expansion or stretch was not as much as we would have hoped. The person it was for has larger than usual bicepts which slightly tighter than it probably should be. We will be looking for an extender possibly to make it work.

I actually didn't order this to work out I am a type 1 diabetic and recently got an insulin pump. I ordered this for the times I'm unable to wear my pump on my clothes. It works perfectly. I clip my pump to it with it attached to my arm or leg and it securely allows to me to do my daily activities and not worry about my pump falling off

This arm band is way too short to put on your upper arm, especially if you have a thicker shirt on. Needs to be at least a few inches longer.

The band didn't quite fit my arm. I have larger biceps and the strap fit but it felt as though it was cutting off circulation to my arm. My girlfriend, on the other hand, loves it. She says it fits quite snugly on her arm and doesn't let her ipod slip around while running. The Velcro attaches to itself firmly and it doesn't feel like it's going to come loose. It doesn't chafe as well which was the problem with the last band she had.

I like it very much because it is easy to use, wherever and whatever I do, unlike other arms bands I have used before. I highly recommend it.
