I'm one of the many unfortunate people who tend to have the hardest time losing weight around their mid section. No matter how low carb I go, no matter how much water I drink, no matter how much dairy I cut out my diet; my tummy has always given me trouble since I began my weight loss journey (and no I don't have lose skin). I follow many fitness blogs/forums and and posted about my troubles and a person who had experienced the same problems I faced suggested I try this supplement. I was a little leery because aside from multivitamins I didn't want to take any more "supplements." So I did my research and came across this brand of CLA supplements. What sold me was that it was stimulant free and the many positive reviews on people's success with weight loss using it, particularly in the mid section area. I have been taking this product for only 2 weeks and have noticed a difference already. My ab muscles are beginning to stick out more without the need to flex, plus it gives me slightly more energy although stimulant free. I would highly suggest this product and will follow up on a month with my results.

I've using CLA for years for weight maintenance along with a healthy diet, moderate exercise (1 hour cardio-boxing alternating 1 hour of cardio-pilates) and it worked wonders for me (another famous brand) - I stopped using it after attaining my weight goal (132lbs, at 5'6" - size SMALL/4-6). I gained some unhealthy weight for over 2 years since I stopped and it was because I fell off the wagon and LIFE HAPPENED.After doing some research, I settled down on this brand. I made a mistake of taking 3 pills before bedtime with little food in my belly - PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS PILL ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. As expected, slight abdominal cramping and nausea are one of the common side effects especially since I've eaten something with oils/fats on it. In less than 24 hours, my guts are begging to have a BM - you might be surprised to see some of the disgusting orange-y-oily substance along with your excrement for the first time - similar to the effect of another famous weight loss pill but it won't cause any "leaking" or accidents.I've restarted my journey, I weigh 168lbs right now - yes, huge weight gain over 2 years just letting life beat me up. I know this CLA works and I can't wait to update my review soon.

I waited almost 2 months before deciding to write a review of this product. I did my research on pub med regarding the science behind CLA and fat loss. I wasn't expecting dramatic results as far as weight loss but at 59 years old and beginning to accumulate visceral fat, I thought it might be a good addition to my diet and training plan. I am a lifetime athlete. I've gained and lost the same 15 or 20lbs many times throughout my adult life. In January of this year I decided to lose those last 10lbs (again).So far progress has been slow but I expected that due to my age and having had a complete hysterectomy 7 years ago. Did the CLA help? I wasn't sure but my results seemed to support the claims of helping with fat loss. It took 2 months before I really started believing this was giving results.The final clincher was that I suddenly noticed that the fat around my knees is decreasing. I've been VERY lean at various times throughout my life and I've never been able to lose the pouches of fat around my knees! For the first time in my life I'm started to have a nice shape to my knees! I know it sounds ridiculous to be excited about my knees but there it is. The CLA is the only thing different in my program vs all the many times I've gone through a weight loss protocol. I plan to continue taking it.

What a great product by a great company! Research CLA and you will likely find that you need more of it than you are getting in your normal diet. Especially if your diet (like mine used to be) is beer and whatever sounds good after that. CLA turns all your useless fat into burnable energy. EVL provides you with an outstanding source of CLA with this product. I use EVL pre work out (shred) and EVL Recovery Mode. Both of those products have CLA (.5 grams ea serving), so I take three of the CLA 1000 capsules daily and with exercise I have lost 30 pounds in five months. It can be done, even if you're in your 40's.

What a great product. CLA is an often overlooked supplement that people should really include in their weight loss stack. Evolution Nutrition CLA1000 is fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic addition to shed those extra pounds.

I am on TRT for a Pituitary Tumor and while building muscle is easier, doing anything about the fat I accumulated due to Estrogen before I started TRT was a nightmare. Since starting CLA1000 I have lost about 10lb's of fat, my muscle mass is the same so I didn't lose muscle which is always a worry when trying to cut some weights. I love this product, take 2x in the morning, 2x in the afternoon and 2x in the evening and I have personally had 0 side effects.When Estrogen overtakes your testosterone as a male it can be very dangerous (Prostate concerns etc ... as men cannot easily process estrogen like females can) plus you gain a lot of stomach fat which is very hard to lose. Starting TRT has changed my life but meant that dealing with the already accumulated fat has been an issue. I can't say this will work for everyone, but all I know is for me i've gone from a size 34" waist to a size 30" and I have more muscle definition. I'm not where I want to be yet but this has truly helped and if you are on TRT especially I would recommend this product.

I've always gone back to Evl Nutrition CLA when Its time to cut some lbs to get more leaner and this stacked with carntine500 really has helped me burn body fat and get to my weight goal since I like to stay as lean as possible year round. I have been on a weight loss journey and CLAs are often misunderstood regarding how to use them effectively. It is my understanding that they don’t work for every single person HOWEVER, they need to be used properly. I lost a LOT of weight and worried about what to do with loose skin so I started taking CLA to tighten the skin and burn stubborn inches. In order for them to be effective take them consistently for at least a month and THEN you should see good results. For me, it was at the 6 week marker when fat started to melt off. (Of course, this requires proper diet as well and proper amounts of water). This product has been very effective for me and I highly recommend it.

I wanted to leave some positive feedback about CLA 1000 product., which I've been taking for some time now.I have noticed over the last 18-20 months (approx.) of taking the product, as part of a healthy and balanced diet, whilst training intensely x4 times a week, my lean muscle levels have remained consistent, my body fat has decreased over time (currently at 15% but have been lower in the last year) and I'm stronger than I ever have been. This is a massive bonus for someone like myself, who finds it notoriously difficult to shed excess stubborn fat around my waist and oblique area due to Asian heritageI eat regular meals during the course of the day, taking CLA 1000 straight after breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also intermittent fast, only eating 12pm-8pm. The results, along with heavy compound training, and little cardio, have been amazing. I'm stronger, my general metabolism has increased, and I'm able to push myself longer and harder in the gym.
