I love this Tazo chai tea. I like it because it has a nice medium level of caffeine, it's not too much and doesn't make me jittery. I'm very sensitive to caffeine and this is a nice medium level of caffeine boost. I love the flavor of this because it is a nice mix of vanilla and chai, without the chai being too spicy or overpowering in flavor. This is my favorite chai and I highly recommend this. Definitely 5 stars.

One of my favorite tea flavors. I drink mine hot with vanilla creamer. My daily go to.

The tea itself is lovely, has always been my favorite. But this product clearly states that you are ordering 6 boxes of 20-count teabags per box, a total of 120 teabags. I only received one box of 20, and the box was smashed flat. The item is nonreturnable, so I had to go through Amazon's customer service to be partially refunded. Do not advertise 6 20 count boxes if you are only going to send 1, and then not allow customers to make returns.

This is just one box of tea. The image is completely false and suggests 6 boxes of tea (clearly says 120 tea bags).
