what are the measurement for the Velcro so i can get patches ?

Other answers were not useful at all. There are several velcro patch spots:FRONT: 2" Tall x 3" WideSIDES (x2): 1" Tall x 1.5" WideREAR (above velcro adjustment strap): 1" Tall x 3.5" WideREAR (ON velcro adjustment strap): 1" Tall x 3.5" WideTOP: 1" x 1"

Does this hat look like a Elmer Fudd rabbit hunting hat ?

No, but I did find the RAPDOM 75 hat a bit on the small size. Not as small as I have seen for most Tactical hats, but I wish it was larger. I wear a 7 3/4 size 59/50 New Era hat that fits perfectly for reference.

Does the Hat Come as Shown in the Picture?

The hat comes as shown, but with a velcro patch. The patch says Rapdom Tactical, which i didn't want. I thought it came with a flag patch, but it didn't.
