Quick ship, seems ok so upon arrival untested unboxed 4.5
Just delivered. Arrived with about 75% charge , based on led light (not digital display). Translated ENGLISH instructions ok. Took me a second to figure out light functionality requires quick double press of unmarked (unclear to me at first) on/off button. Port protection Hinge seems adequate, but weak point of design. Charging for trip. So far ~4 1/2 stars, but depends on quality of battery cells and actual use to determine if battery lives up to published specifications.

Power Bank with Solar charger
Received this power bank with solar charging yesterday. It took a while to figure out how to turn it on even after reading the entire owner’s manual that didn’t give enough instructions or pictures on where to locate the power button. I found the power button on the top left side. I still haven’t figured out on how am I supposed to know when it’s charging by solar bank and does the light change colors when it’s on different charging modes like solar or indoor charging. I didn’t know how to turn on the light or how to switch the light modes. I figured it all out myself by pressing the power button once then pressing again to change the mode. The power cord could of been a little longer. It came with a very short cord that has no use to me. The instructions need to have pictures along with better instructions because the manual seems like it was put together by someone that doesn’t know very much English because it didn’t make much sense. Other than that it seems like a good quality power bank with rubber bumpers all around it. I will be testing it very soon to see if it meets the qualifications and standards what it says it’s supposed to do. I bought this power bank because hurricane season is right around the corner, and we’re already getting bad storms with power outages in my area.

Will not hold a charge when it actually does charge!
It looks nice, and feels well made. HOWEVER, most of the time it will not reach even half of a charge, and the times it does, it does not hold the charge for more than a day.Maybe just this unit is defective. It had good reviews. Either way, it's not reliable. Sending it back.

Does what it's supposed to.
It will change my phone three plus times, the flashlight is pretty impressive, only thing I don't care for is the compass is very small.I can't speak to the solar charger as I currently have only used the plug in method.

Great!
Got this for my kids to have a backup battery for their cameras at sleepaway camp (no good access to charge power). The only complaint is that it took FOREVER to figure out how to turn on the flashlight!

Lights won't go off
First wouldn't charge lights wouldn't activate might finally came on now they won't go off since it's a step switch just like the one I have already by different company I know how to operate it so it's not me. Needs to be fixed I would return except I'm disabled and unable to go and take it to FedEx or UPS.

I have left this thing in full sun day after day, and i can't even get it to 1 bar. I followed the instructions, and charged it via electrical outlet for the first few charges, making sure to fully discharge it between charges.I bought it for its solar capability, and now all I have is an oversized external battery.
