33 by 74 inches, - about a half inch in thickness. Good pad for the price. The headrest pad is nice.

Sorry, I don't know, but it is super soft. I cover it with a nice soft fitted sheet.

What is this pad made of? Cotton, acrylic, polyester?

The tag reads 100% polyester..the top is cotton feel and the bottom lining the sets directly on the table feels like poly.

How does this product stand up to frequent washing/drying? Can it be cleaned in a normal home size washing machine?

I have washed both pieces frequently and they are holding up beautifully, it may already say it on the washing instructions but I would definitely recommend NOT using fabric softener as it tends to mat up fabrics that need to stay fluffy. They fit easily in my home washer and dryer and come out perfectly every time. Very happy with the quality!
