Very effective and economical
This works very well to keep eyeliner and lip liner/ stick in place. I can use 1 drop on the back of my hand for eyes and lip lining.Been using in a country with 40C+ and it works well- usually a little smudging by the end of the day.Haven’t tried swimming yet.

Empty bottle received
I have no idea how this product performs as I received an empty bottle in perfect packaging...... how does this happen? Absolutely furious 😠
