i have purchased a total of 3 of this item ,all different colors and i have packed them tight ,no problem with the stitching so far but what does happen is the pouch tends to ball up and pull away from the rip away velcro backer. nice little ifak pouch i give it a thumbs up

I purchased this pouch to house my med kit that I keep on my battle belt. Overall the pouch is a good size and seems fairly sturdy. I bought a pre-built med kit to put in here and everything fit, but it was a little tight. The only thing I don't like about the kit is how the straps on the bottom hold the tourniquet. There really isn't anything securing it, the straps just kind of go over top of it. I wouldn't trust it to keep the tourniquet in place. Aside from that, the pouch is good to go.

The item is very good quality. I was looking for something that I can fit all of my first aid equipment in and this one is it. Has handy compartments and also a velcro with a strap for a 'quick disconennct'. Would reccomend.

I have two. One on a 2 row molle belt and one on a cummerbund belt. Fits well on both. Rip away feature is great. Seems pretty quality.

Awesome alternative to an issued IFAK. plenty of space and easy accessibility
