Can this be used to sharpen lawn mower blades? Also, what jig would I need to buy to be able to do so?

No, this is not the tool for lawnmower blades. I use my 2x72 belt grinder for this and I can sharpen a blade in a couple minutes!

How often we need to change new stone? We run commercial kitchen!

The stone is 10" in diameter when new. When it reaches 7.5" in diameter it needs to be replaced. It takes a long time to get there, but it obviously depends on how and how much you use it, how often you true it, and whether you use it to shape your edge tools or just to sharpen and touch them up. Not one of our thousands of customers has ever complained about having to change the stone too often.

can I sharpen hair clipper blades with this

If the blade is removable, there should be no problem

Could I purchase them from amazon and ship all of them to Taiwan?
