Omg just buy these. You don't even need to finish reading the reviews.If you don't trust them yet, let me tell you..I've been using a bunch of different small hairband brands on my 3 year old. They always start snapping on day two and they have that grabby feeling that pulls at the hairs. I thought that was unavoidable with elastic bands. Not with these guys. They obviously have a LITTLE grab, but imagine you had hairbands that were covered in a non stick powder.. No grab right?Don't worry, these aren't covering in any powder, but they don't pull. AND THEY STILL STAY IN PLACE.Youre able to wrap these way more than the normal bands and THEY DONT SNAP!!Lots of other bands, when you go to cut them out, the band is stuck together and you have to cut through all the layers to get em off.With these you can cut one little strand and they'll basically spring off!Theyre a little bit thicker than regular ones, but not in a bad way. They don't look all stretched out when you take them out either, so I'm sure you could reuse these if you're about that life.Personally I do some tight protective styles and prefer to just clip them off when we're ready for another style and I think these are priced well enough to use them like that. You get a decent amount with one order- 3 little bags.I'm probably going to make another two orders and that should last me the rest of the year or more without reusing.I never do reviews, but these are just too good to not say something. These rubber bands were easy to use and the colors are so cute. Some brands make colorful bands that pop very easily. These did not. They held up well.

I bought these little rubber bands to use in my horses mane. They were cheaper than the brands made specifically for horses. I put them to the test on 2 horses, 12 braids each, in a period of time with 80-100+ degree days. While braiding, I didn’t have a single band break. They worked well on thinner braids, & the thicker ones too. Both horses scrubbed them in the dirt when they rolled, stood in the sun, got them wet under the irrigation sprinklers, caught them on tree branches, etc. I would normally change them out after a week or so (to make the braids look nice again), but chose to leave them in, just to see how long the bands would last. At the end of the 4th week, I finally took their braids out! Every braid held up & every band was still there. They were even elastic enough to re-use!
