The structure of the book is very user friendly, The chapters flow between the author's explanations, discussion and conclusions and actual dialogue from her sessions with people talking about their interplanetary souls, guides, past and between lives experiences. There is a summary at the end of each chapter, which brings it all together well and then following that there is a short section called 'Questions and Musings', which the author explains is intended to prompt thoughts, discussion and to help people with their lives in relation to the topics in the book. The excellent structure lays the foundation really well for what is an amazing book. The book looks at the way souls embodied on Earth are from many places and what this means for you and your soul journey, or indeed for someone close to you. The sessions detailed in each chapter illustrate this and really open up a window to those experiences. If you keep an open mind you will find it fascinating and there is definitely a sense of authenticity about this book, especially when you consider the personal experiences people have decided to share. The book covers everything from the difference between Earth based souls and interplanetary souls to how to parent an interplanetary soul, survival guidance for different souls on Earth and what this all means for the human race and beyond. There appears to be a lot of heart to this book with a genuine desire to improve existence while looking at your own. The balance between practical advice and theoretical discussion is good. There are some refreshing views on certain topics such as autism and ADHD. The author suggests people have been mislabelled and misunderstood and if we realise why people are communicating differently to others it could open up a different way to communicate and live. For example the author suggests if you are an interplanetary soul used to only communicating telepathically being born into a human body could present serious difficulties with communicating verbally. There is also discussion on how different people may be experiencing specific aspects of perception and time differently due to ADHD and how that affects people. Interestingly there is some recent mainstream published research that backs that up! If you have family members with ADHD or autistic spectrum disorder you will want to read this book, the unique perspective the book has on this is well worth reading and thinking about. This book is ahead of its time on these topics. The book dispels the myth of physical, psychological or spiritual perfection and takes a whole new and refreshing approach to being spiritual with disabilities and chronic illnesses, especially for those with autoimmune disorders. The book is very different to other books in the way it approaches these topics and is truly enlightened on things some people have already closed the door on.Another reason to read the book would be if you have any questions about life after death. If you have lost anyone close to you, especially if you are struggling with loss, you will find the book encouraging. It raises many different aspects relating to death and loss that many other books avoid. One major issue the book looks at, which a brief look at the spiritual side of the internet will show you is commonplace, is the way many people feel they just don't belong on Earth and they have a sense of wanting to go home. The book handles that head on and really gets into the deeper side of the issue. It doesn't tell people the usual new age 'solutions' of just realising you are unique etc., instead the author gives the reader real actual explanations and then discusses that in every respect without leaving anything out. In a way that is the heart of the book and I think many will find the book inspiring. She even explains how those feelings of not belonging, which increasing numbers of people are having, relate to life patterns, personality, illness and many other aspects of everyday life. The book also covers the higher self, consciousness guides, other dimensions, other groups and types of beings, including non humanoid beings. It is a fascinating book on the nature of consciousness and what all this really means for people in their lives and the choices they make in being who they are.

Heavy and laborious
I bought this book even though the comments were not fabulous. Well it was a great disappointment. The reading was laborious with many repetitions. Even though the topic is an interesting one I can NOT recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend
After listening to a Linda Blackman podcast I was looking forward to reading this book but unfortunately was disappointed. I found it boring and the language used hard to follow. The book is repetitive and I forced myself to read it so to not completely waste my money but half way through I’d had enough.
