I have never used these before ,but wanted to try them .I have athritis in my knee so wanted something to ease the pain (have tried most things) ,I did find them to ease the pain .I have used two up to now and think they are quite good ,the only thing is they do smell very strong when they are on ,not a terrible pong but enough to make you feel aware (even under your trousers ) .They have a good "stick" and stay put ..the first one I tried felt very strange ,warm and tingly at first with a slight burning sensation ,but taking the plaster off I had no redness or soreness ,second one wasn't as bad ha ha ..All in all they seemed to do the trick and I didn't need to take a pain killer as normal ..

Unfortunately i had a reaction to this product, within minutes of applying a patch to my knees i had burning and stinging sensation, i removed them after an hr and had a nasty allergic rash. I have had no problem using different types of plasters or strapping applied by my physiotherapist so it must be the ingredients in this product which affected me. Unfortunately as i have opened the package cannot return it and no way of doing a patch test without opening it.
