Terrible pump
I used to buy this moisturiser a few years ago and recently decided to purchase again as I used to really like it. However, I was left really disappointed as they changed the packaging, the smell and the formula. It now leaves my face feeling tacky and smells cheap. The biggest gripe I have with this is the pump mechanism in combination with the packaging. It's weird, the moisturiser comes in a tube with a pump attached, but there is no straw going into the body of the tube, the pump just sits on top of it. So unless you store this upside down the entire time, it's super difficult to actually get anything out of the tube. Will not repurchase for sure.

Unsuitable packaging
Cream itself ticked a lot boxes for me but this pump system packaging is useless. It took a while to start pumping at the beginning ( to the point I wanted to return it ) and once it’s used for couple weeks and about 15-20% product is left in the tub it won’t pump it out anymore due to its design. I won’t purchase again based on this.
