ScotchSelf-Seal Laminating Sheets, 50 Single Sided, Letter Size (LS854SS-50)

The title and short description, as well as many of the images of this product mention that these are self-adhesive pouches - they are not. They are single-sides sheets. I thought I would be able to cover 50 pages but in reality, I can only cover 25, as I have to use 2 per page. That being said, they do work well. But the value was not there for me as these turned out to be quite expensive!

I have ordered a total of 3 - 50 packs throughout this month.All 3 came sealed in original packaging, all three did come with curling on the top and bottom not severe but enough to be annoying.My main issue with these sheets has been with quality control, where is all of my sheets of looked fine minus the curling on the ends I was shorted 10 sheets.I buy 50 printable vinyl to go with 50 laminate sheets and they were used one to one by hand.By the time I got through the second package of both I was left with 7 printable vinyl (including three waste sheets that didn’t get laminated = 10) and zero laminate sheets.somewhere between the two packs I was left short 10 sheets. Not cool.These sheets do scratch with moderate pressure, recommend using the backer as a protectant as you roll or scrape over it the smooth if not using a laminator.

I had a couple of sheets from my previous Scotch laminating sheet pack (pack of 10) and they worked perfectly for my project, that is to protect the covers of about 30 pamphlets, so I decided to purchase a pack of 50.It is very easy to use. I used a ruler to push the sheet and a plastic card to push the corners and the edges down so it wouldn't get bubbly. I used it on about 12The problem is that it is less sticky than the sheets that I purchased before. I pushed down the corners and the edges with a plastic card very well so that it would stick nicely. But within about 30 mins, they started to lift up, leaving pockets of air all around the corners and edges of all the pamphlets that I covered!!! I scraped them multiple times when laminating, and after the laminate start lifting, but it just doesn't stay stuck on the cover!I contacted the Scotch via online contact form to see if they have any suggestions on what I can do with the defect, it was about a week ago and no one has reached out to me yet.
