Extremely high quality product, tastes amazing with chocolate strawberries. Melts nicely and is easy to melt in microwave so no need to temper and hardens with a nice sheen. Best price I’ve found for this size and the colour is a really bright white!

Per il battesimo della mia bimba ho provato a creare con questo cioccolato le mie prime ciambelline…non avevo mai utilizzato questo prodotto ma è davvero semplice da utilizzare anche per una come me non molto brava in cucina! Se si solidifica basta riscaldarlo a bagnomaria!!! Non avendo il micronde ho fatto tutto a bagnomaria

Gutes Qualität
Die Schokolade ist weiss,riecht nach Vanille, schmeckt gut.lässt sich auch gut einfärben. Hab erst mal Schokokugeln gemacht für Tortendeko.Super gelungen. Später verwende ich die Schokolade für Ganasch.
