Very nice puzzle with ABCD sections which makes it easier for my husband to work on. Pieces are sturdy and fit together perfectly. Will be buying this brand in the future.

Puzzled puzzler solved!
UPDATE: Revised review. After Juckbo reached out to me after my first review and not only offered their sincere apology but also a full refund, I have changed my review to 5⭐️ since they took responsibility to fix the problem. Everyone deserves a 2nd chance.I love puzzles and I love NYC so I planned to enjoy putting it together and then I was going to frame it for art. However, I was disappointed to find that 2 pieces of the puzzle were missing. I’m sure someone found them on the cutting room floor in China and thought “oops”.

Great, fun puzzle!
I chose this puzzle because there are large areas of bright colors. I figured that it would be a good puzzle to work in sections that I wanted because there would be 3 adults working on this puzzle. It did not disappoint. The sections were challenging but not impossible. There are many different shapes of pieces that made the puzzle piecing fun. You can piece the puzzle matching both color and shape. I would buy another puzzle from this manufacturer again.

This was a really fun puzzle to put together. The picture is nice enough to frame. Don't hesitate to buy it.

Comfortably challenging without creating excess frustration. More importantly, ALL the correct pieces were in the box, unlike several recent purchases with pieces missing from the sealed bag, or with pieces for other puzzles.

Don't bother - pop to The Works and buy it for a 3rd of the price.
Item is sold in (The Works) for £5 has their logo on the back. I paid 13.99 with postage and its now on sale for £15 free postage.Actually went in The Works and saw very same puzzle.One star only for the fact its a nice puzzle.

Very disappointing
We were very disappointed with this puzzle, firstly the picture on the box had been cropped and didn't show the full picture. Quality of pieces and colour not very good.

Could have been a great jigsaw
Good subject and nice thick pieces. Disappointed by the substitution of one edge piece with an additional duplicate internal piece. This meant it was impossible to complete the jigsaw. What should have been a five star review was hampered by poor quality control.

Value for money
Very pleased with the puzzle and the delivery. The last time I had a delivery from Amazon the delivery man couldn’t be bothered to deliver to me but left it in the entrance of the block of flats I live in, anyone could have taken it. He posted that he had left it in reception which we don’t have. I have always been satisfied with delivery’s from Amazon until this particular package. Today I had another delivery from Amazon and he came to my door on 8th floor.
