I like this Gearwrench brand set of hook and picks. It came with 7 pieces and they all look great. I have used this brand before so I know they are a good quality set of tools. These will be very useful around my shop.

Most oc the pick sets I've had over ther years were very small. These things ar very well made. These are much more durable than sets Ive own in the past. They'll make the ones that came with your kobalt screwdriver set look like kiddie toys. Large comfortable grips and a reasonable price. These come with a blown plastic tray for storage in your toolbox.

Had a really bad contractor who I fired for horrible work. I was left with mosaic tile with 1/16" grout lines, but he never removed the thinset so that they could be grouted. We saturated with Sulfamic acid, numerous times, to somewhat soften grout. These picks just barely fit to remove the thinset. They do wear down, we went through 3 sets on a 5x7 area. They also will come loose from handle if you use them to pull pretty hard. They are way more ergonomic than dental picks, and the metal is lots stronger. I am getting a 4th set to just have handy to remove stuff from corners of painting areas, woodwork, etc, etc. Wish I had though of them before. After you give up on wire brushes and toothbrushes for cleaning stuff, try these. Every household needs a set!! As with tiny needle nose pliers, most people don't know they exist, but they all want mine!!!!!

I like Gearwrench products. I am also happy with the hook and pick set. The only problem is the tray. As a Auto Technician I like my tools organized and easy to grab. They tray looks great but it should not be squeezing the tools. I have to use two hands to get any one of them out. If you take the time to understand the tools only need placement, not toss around protection.

This is a good assortment of tools. I have used them on many different projects and they are holding up well. The handles provide for a good grip when using them.

They are nice for the money handy to have

I needed a good set of picks for automotive work, and found these. Very nicely made, and thoughtfully delivered with vinyl hose over the super-sharp ends of the mini picks. First task was not automotive, it was undoing a very tight knot on a waist tie for one of my kids. Good opportunity for a tool lesson, and worked perfectly. It was so sharp I managed to lightly puncture my thumb in the process. Another lesson...Oddly, the contents list on the back of the package includes the part names but not the part numbers stamped on each item.
