The Casanova (The Miles High Club Book 3)

10+ stars for this amazing book!!
I swear this author get better and better with every fantastic book she writes. When she announces that she is writing/releasing a new book I'm like a kid on Christmas morning. This is Elliot and Kate's story and the third Miles brother in this amazing series. This story and the plot made me laugh at some of the antics that Elliot found himself in. Also it was emotional and a wonderful read with Elliot coming across as an arrogant SOB and egotistical, rude and an absolute arse at times. When this story starts to peel the layers back where Elliot is concerned then we see a different person behind all that bravado and rudeness. Elliot is a dream come true; sexy, kind, romantic and seriously HOT.Kate I really loved, she has a past but I so enjoyed the way she stood up to Elliot and gave as good as she got.We also have the pleasure of the two other Miles brothers making a cameo as well.A fantastic story with amazing charismatic characters that I connected to straight away. Ms Swan is the best at writing her lead males and this book is no exception.I have just re read Our way for about the fifth time and in fact any of her books are so worth re reading any time. She is a brilliant talented author that I'm totally fangirling over, I urge every one to read this book as soon as possible.Phenomenal once again!!

Fated to Casanova
More steamy tales of the Miles' brothers. This one follows the love story of Elliott and it was great to read more from his perspective than in the previous books.Kate hates Elliott and rightly so he's abnoxious, rude and infuriating. But as always happens in many of these books hate suddenly turns to love.Great read though, some funny, sad and tender moments with a lot of steamy chapters in between. The ending is sweet and definitely a fairy tale.

The first London Office book
3.5 rounded up to 4I read the first two out of order - Tristan’s book before Jameson’s. From the first two, I was not looking forward to reading Elliot’s book as he always seemed a bit of a hotheaded idiot in previous mentions. With it being set in London, as a born and bred Londoner, I had to read on.So a couple of nitpicking bits -1. The phone numbers. So ridiculously unbelievable as London numbers - landlines start with an 020 then eight digits. Our mobile numbers in the UK all start with 07 and then are nine more digits.2. London is bloody huge. There are a number of airports orbiting London and even London City in the centre. Not all planes need to fly from Heathrow. It’s also an arse to get to from anywhere that isn’t west London - a quick journey WILL NEVER HAPPEN!3. There were very few details that placed it in London. It could as well have been any big city in Europe other than the mention of Heathrow. This goes for the rest of the English hints too - one mention of granny “knickers” - which was hysterical as we call them granny pants! So the book could have been set anywhere.4. Snow. In London. Hahahaha! You’d be lucky to see snow looking white here! It’s slush and grey. We don’t really have many snowy winters - the last really snowy one was back in 2018 and that was February/March time. We’re far lower than New York so our weather systems are completely different. It’s always damp and grey in winter.I’ll stick with the negatives for a moment before the positives - because there are some!I’m not sure why any of these women take the Miles brothers back after what is done to them around the 80% point of the book. They are far more forgiving than me!That said, I think that Elliot’s way of writing letters was glorious. A letter a day and staying away for breathing space was good to see.I like Kate a lot. She was not as quick to forgive as the others and she was quite real. She’s grumpy and sharp - it was good to see. This was a very readable book. Entirely enjoyable and easily devoured in a few hours.

Great until the end!! Also *SPOILER ALERT*
Did everyone else work out who Harriet was?? I know I did. My 18 year old daughter now has to do the pots....for a week.....after I figured it out, before they even left for New York!! But let's move onto the review for the book!!This is yet another "enchanting" story (see what I did there, if you read the book you'll understand) and again full of lots of extremely funny one-liners throughout. Of course it's a love story so you know to expect the HEA!!Right from the off, it's a hate -hate affair between Elliot and Kathryn and you can't help but laugh at the caustic remarks they throw at each other. It's funny to see the way they are towards each other, but you can't help but wonder why. Then Elliot, while checking the security footage, sees a woman.....sorry a HOT woman.....dancing while doing some photocopying and becomes extremely <ahem> "interested" in what he sees, right up until she turns!! Then he rewinds the footage and looks again, as he tries to convince himself It wasn't HER!!Meanwhile, later that evening, Kate with her flatmates, drinking copious amounts of alcohol, writes a bogus profile on a dating app!!Meanwhile (again) Elliot is in a bar, drinking copious amounts of alcohol, with his brothers, when they come across someone, on a dating website, fraudulently using his image!! While attempting to figure out how to contact the websites owners, to have his picture and the profile taken down, Elliot comes across a profile of Pinkie Leroo!!He messages her as Edgar Moffat and without realising at the time, become good friends!!Any way after that lots of other things happen after this,, which all lead to a love affair to end all others!! Well that is, until it is no longer and Kathryn decided to not only leave her job to get away from him, but to leave the country and fly half way across the world, to make sure that he couldn't just turn up on her doorstep. It's all very dramatic and there are a lot of, break your heart moments and you can't help but feel for her!!The rest you really should read to understand all the drivel you've just read lol.My only issue is the ending. It could have had so much more added to it. It feels like no effort to have it end on a great note, but felt more like....I've done a great job until this epilogue and now I just want it to end full stop!! Such a humongous let down and not up to her usual endings. Such a shame!!But I would still recommend this book and am excited to read the final book, The Do-over!!!

Great story!
I got hooked and could not stop reading. Loved the story and characters. Too many emotions when you read this story. You laugh, cry and laugh again. Highly recommend this book if you’re looking for a pleasant read.

Best book of series so far...
I love her writing style and never want to put her books down! This book felt the most realistic of the 3 so far (or maybe I just love a "hate to love" story, lol). But I really felt what the characters felt, and even cried when Elliot went to Paris. Excited to read Christopher's story!

T L Swan you rock!!!
