I purchased this system to replaced failed and obsolete cameras about 3 months ago.These cameras do not have optical zoom like my other ones did and I do miss that some.The good:Setup is easy compared to other cameras.There are a lot of optional features that can help in different situations.The menu system is intuitive and complete.The views are very clear and bright.PTZ works flawlessly.They were easy to mount in different configurations.The "could be better:"WiFi relay (from one camera to another - daisy chain) does not stick. I have one camera that has a poor signal from the NVR WiFi so I relayed it from another. It randomly looses that connection and reverts to the NVR WiFi, sometimes within hours or days or weeks, but it is fairly easy to re-establish.Intelligent detection is pretty stupid, A bare branch moving from the wind will constantly trigger a camera to record, but it will miss someone walking a dog 40' away in the street.3 out of 4 cameras have a slight fish-eye distortion (street is lower on the edges of the view than in the center).Bright lights generate a halo effect on the screen.I have not found a way to manually trigger recording if you see something you want to record. (My biggest disappointment.)1 camera has a dark spot about the size of a pea near the center of the display. I cleaned the lens and it remains. It looks like a brief application of a black air brush on a graphic.None of the issues are a deal breaker for me and I am quite happy with my purchase. For the price point, I think this is a great system.Edited to remove "home WiFi" and replace it with "NVR" (network video recorder) "WiFi."

The media could not be loaded. Really enjoy how these cameras feel solid, good quality! They are pretty easy to setup, just know where you want mount them to get the best line of sight!The connectivity is pretty decent! Love how the cameras have full color night vision! Cameras work fine, display is good, night vision is good, no problem with the recording, the setup is easy compared to other systems.

First off these were easy to setup and add additional cametas..pretty good resolution and nice features.The app it has you download kittyhok did not work with alexa as advertised. issue is you have to enable the kittyhok skill which does not work at this time. Update they have a different app eseecloud I had to use..this app works well..customer support worked through my issues quickly and answered all my concerns.. only reason I cannot give 5 stars is what I was originally offered for my troubles was not honored..we ended up with a different option that eventhough was not the original offer was atleast somewhat acceptabe. I am pleased with this product and will purchase this brand again.

This is an update to my original review below. The NVR (monitor which houses the hard drive and allows you see the camera pictures) stopped working exactly 1 month after the warranty expired. I was in touch with customer support and they said that there was nothing they can do, because the warranty was up. They said they would ask their "boss" if he would make an exception but never got back to me. They also told me that a replacement NVR was not available, which means the cameras are useless. They have since completely ignored my emails. I am very disappointed. What I thought was great for the price turned out to be "you get what you pay for". I am now looking for a different camera system from a different company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Original Review:The security camera system does a great job. It comes with 4 cameras that I strategically placed around my house. It was very easy to set up. The NVR records the video, which has come in very handy for me several times to go back and see something that happened a few weeks prior. I had many questions about the system, and I wrote to their customer support and someone always got back to me before 24 hours passed with answers to my questions. At one point, one of the cameras just wasn't available, so I emailed customer support. They got right back to me and gave me instructions on what to do to fix it. I just needed to re-add it to the system. I think that customer support is really important after you purchase a product. I am very happy with this product and plan to purchase more cameras to add on.

I recently renovated my grandparents first floor home and wanted to get some cameras put in just as a precaution. These cameras took no time to wrie and set up. It connected instantly to my wifi and gives me really good quality capturing. The ability to put in an SD for each camera was exactly what I wanted. The motion detection is really good, when the chickens escape to the front of the house, I can see them clearly.
