I loved the graphics and it was easy to read. Many great healthy recipes. Dezi Abyeta did a great job writing this book.

It’s like every other weight loss book
It’s fine. But it just piled up like other weight loss books. It didn’t catch my attention and the “plan” is buried at the back and is more like an afterthought.
