Hurts like hell
This thing hurt me so bad but in a good way because I’m not flexible at all, so as i was rolling out my legs and stuff, it just hit all the right spots. The vibration is a dangerous tool, use it wisely around the right areas, but definitely helps get the knots and tight spots out

✨ Decent Roller, Made Well, Works Fine... But, Vibration is Just Too Strong. Not For Me This Time
________,,,⪨Ꙭ⪩...__________________⪨ MIND ⪨⪨⭐⪩⪩ PRIME ⪩_____:📝 | REVIEW:_________________________________________________✨➽ Raise Your Game Electric Foam Roller, Vibrating and Yoga Muscle Massage Stretch Point Fitness Post Workout Recovery⦁➽ I was looking for a roller or similar product to help relieve painand loosen up the tension in my mid and lower back. This RYG Electric Foam Roller has a built in vibration feature andI thought that that would help relax tense muscles with the addedvibration...⦁➽ When this roller arrived a few days later I unpacked it andplugged it in to charge the battery using he included power adapter.it took a few hours to charge.⦁➽ Build: This roller is built like a rock and it appears to be durable.I know that It is supposed to be harder and rigid but this roller reallyis just about as hard as a rock, a little padding would have been nice.⦁** Vibration Feature: This roller features 4 speeds and is adjustedwith the push of a button near the charging port,,,* For me the first speed setting of this TOO strong and I can't take itfor more than a minute. The 3 remaining speeds are even moreintense and I am unable to use them. It also vibrates the floor andwhatever is close by...⦁** The Speed Setting Button is also tricky, sometimes it works andother times it doesn't at first and takes some fidgeting before it turnson or off⦁ Sound: This roller is very loud at the first setting and increases forevery speed setting after. It gets louder when it touches the floor, atable, a bed, chair...✪➽ OVER-ALL:This roller is made well and will be fine for most I'm sure but for meit's vibration is too strong for me at any speed really and it's just toohard for me too. It seems a bit pricey at (approx $60) It seems to be an OK product but I don't think it's for me...Have Fun, Be Safe, Enjoy!___________⪨Ꙭ⪩___________________________________________________➽ ⪨ MIND ⪨⪨ ✨ ⪩⪩ PRIME ⪩➽ SCORE: 4 Stars >> ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐➽ RECOMMENDED: YES ✅✪ I Hope That My Review Was Informative & Helpful !✪ Thanks for Reading!____________________________________________________________________📦 ➽ In The Box :1 x Vibrating Foam Roller1 x Power Adapter1 x Guide➽ PRODUCT INFORMATION:⦁ LIGHTWEIGHT AND PORTABLE -The trigger point foam rolleronly weighs2.1lbs, ultra-portable design allows you to can enjoyyour personal massage therapist anytime, anywhere.⦁ 4-SPEED VIBRATION SETTING - This electric foam roller providesa high-intensity therapeutic vibration for physical therapy & exercise, helping to relieve muscle soreness. Wish the outside was better executed
I do jiu jitsu and yoga and work at an MMA gym so I'm very familiar with a wide variety of massage products. This one delivers on the vibration part fairly well for the price. Where it sort of falls apart is in the casing. I've used much better patterns and type of case. The foam is a little dense, the size ideally would be about 2/3 the size so it could get into the small of my back better.

This roller has a large diameter, so works better for some areas than others
Electric Foam Roller: 4 starsThis roller has a large diameter, so it works better for some areas of the body than others and may depend on your height and size. But you can always find a creative way to use it incorporating a chair, the bed, a pillow or a wall if the floor doesn't do the trick. I sometimes get ridiculous leg cramps in the night. I pull out this roller and massage the muscle that is tight for about 2 minutes to work it out and voila! I can go back to sleep. The thing that I don't like is having to toggle through the settings every time you use it. For example, if you want to use the lowest setting, you simply turn it on. But to turn it off, you must go through the rest of the settings before it will shut off. It's not a deal-killer, just an irritant -- and it is very noisy at the higher settings.Overall, I like this apparatus. It serves its function.

Chronic pain or disabilities? This might not be the right solution for muscle pain.
This is not something that’s going to get very much use from me. I had high hopes that it’d be really good because I have trouble with chronic pain & have had several surgeries. It is quite simple to set up. Connect the charge cord to the massager & plug it into the wall & three hours later the massager is ready to go. It’ll run for four hours on one charge so that part is very good.Taking it out of the box, I had my doubts about using this because my idea of foam sure isn’t the same as the manufacturers. The surface is hard & inflexible. It’s also quite large, a little over 2 lbs., 11½ inches long & has a 5¾ inch diameter.I first ran into trouble with it trying to make sure I knew how to work it. Even on the lowest setting, the vibration is intense at 1400 rpms. Second setting is 1800 rpms, third is 2200 rpms & fourth is 2600 rpms. I pushed the button to turn it on then tried to shut it down but every time the button is pushed it amps it up until it goes through all four speeds. I could barely hold on to it as it intensified. I have painful thumb joints & the size not only makes it difficult to hold but the vibration on my hands hurt. I put it down to see if I couldn’t better control it that way but it wasn’t holding still & was constantly moving & it was hard to hit the button so I could shut it off.Oh, it makes a racket. With each increase of speed it got noisier. It didn’t start off with a purr, it started loudly & only got worse.I’ve had a deep tissue massage done to me in the past & I’ve had some pain relief. My upper thighs have painful knots that sometimes ache & my neck & shoulders have also been helped by massage. My upper shoulders had been aching so that was where I first wanted to use this vibrating roller. At almost 6 inches the diameter makes it too thick to put under my shoulders comfortably. I put it on the bed & tried to lay on it but because of the size, it was a huge lump in the middle of my spine. My husband was trying to read & said the whole bed was shaking. That was on the first speed. So, I then tried to use it on the backside of my thighs by placing my legs over it. No luck. So the first two places I wanted to use it on, I couldn’t.I don’t think I’ll be able to use it. It’s way too powerful for someone who has chronic pain issues. It’s too large to lay on it to massage my back. It’s lowest level is still too much vibration for the areas of pain I have. This might be perfect for the athlete who doesn’t have an underlying pain disorder or disability. I don’t think it’s safe for me to subject my body to this intensity on my muscles. It isn’t because the product isn’t good, it’s because it isn’t the right product for my body. The vibrator is very noisy, there’s no way to use it when talking or watching TV using normal volume. It’s also quite bulky. Starting it takes two hands & there’s no way to turn it off unless first going through all four cycles. I’m rating it based on those reasons not because it’s too powerful for my body to use comfortably. My son works out at the gym daily & next time I see him I’m giving him this vibrator. I think he’ll really like it.
