I ordered this product 4 times and got the original actual pillow the first time ONLY. the other 3 times I received something else everytime. its a fraud.

This is a surprisingly fantastic pillow. Once I rested my head on this pillow, I knew I made the right purchase. It’s soft yet firm and supportive with the right amount of give. I highly recommend this pillow.

Buying pillows online can be dicey.I've kept trying for perfect pillows and it hasn't been pretty, the good money spent on what quickly turned into bags of lumps, feathers that poke and prick you in the face, uncomfortably hot fillers and foams straight from the chem lab, and shoddy construction.Those y pillows wound up, after a year or less, in a sad, depressed, deflated, and dejected state. And these were high-dollar pillows under big names.This was training me to have low expectations....you know, about cheaply made goods being the New Normal.I'm hoping that you never go through this....and if you choose these Royal Therapy Hotel pillows, you never will. It's enough to send me here to write this review.These pillows are beautifully made... the covers are cool and silky with a subtle pattern woven in. (see pic)They're piped with gold braid that conceal an Invisible zipper that lets you slip inside to adjust the pillow to your Three Bears' Just Right level by customizing the filling inside.The stitching is fine and tight, and there's no sign of construction shortcuts.The pillow is face-friendly before you even put a case on it.But wait, there's MORE:these pillows are backed by a FIVE YEAR warranty - unheard of!And, wow....These pillows arrived perfectly packed, in a really nice zippered bag, ready to spring to life and be enjoyed without hassle, delays, or big arguments.More cool stuff: there's is a glossy card insert sent in the package, with detailed instructions to help your pillows have a long and happy life, and tips to help you find your perfect adjustment.There's a QR code to register for your warranty, with a website to use if you aren't a QR code user.The same insert also includes a direct, 8am to 8pm telephone hotline and email and street address.I'm so impressed by this level of after-purchase customer care in this day of disappearing sellers and nightmarish telephone calls (if you can find a phone number at all).Boy, this company has made a good business decision... I'm certainly going to be looking at their other offerings, and don't always take the time to post a review. But here we are.I know I use Too Many Words, but I hope they were useful

I slept peacefully with my neck supported perfectly. I am a plus sized woman and the loft on this pillow is really supported and I woke up feeling great.

If you are going to make an "adjustable" pillow at least send more stuffing for those who prefer a thicker/firmer pillow for neck support.

The pillows came very nicely packaged and fluffed up beautifully. It was great to be able to adjust them simply by removing some of the memory foam. My husband really likes his pillow too!
