Onan BGE 4kw fuel pump replacement
Item fit just like OEM pump. Identical form and function. Two mounting screws lined up perfectly! A simple 20 minute replacement and my generator on my motorhome was back up and running.

DO NOT BUY!! Absolute garbage!
Installing went smooth, bolt holes lined up correctly, looked identical to the fuel pump I was replacing (Onan Marquis 5000). Ran great for about 10minutes and then it died. Let it rest for an hour, fired up, ran for 6minutes and died. Hooked pressure gauge up to the fuel output line and get 0psi. Don’t waste your time with this made in china garbage. Dealership charges $238, bite the bullet and buy the name brand. This $22 POS isn’t worth the hassle.

Although this pump works good and connects to the fuel lines properly, it is not a perfect fit for the Onan PN 149-2331-02. The mounting bracket is in a different location than the original part. I had to modify the way of mounting it because bolts would not line up with mounting location.

Fits, tested several times and works. The real test will be under load while running on a hot summer highway. Part was soaked in oil. Label ink was dissolved and fell off.
