Super flexible and can be repositioned
I would have preferred a larger area be covered on the bottom of my shoe but it seems to have worked just fine. I cut the smaller pieces to fit the stiletto tips of my heels but they wore off quickly, likely because the heel tips already had some sort of texture and were not smooth to allow the adhesive to work. Not a big deal. Nonslip for balls of my feet was the most important and this was achieved. What I liked about these over the the kind where you get 12 in a pack is they were very flexible, almost a cross between silicone and moleskin, AND I was able to reposition one of them several times on the one shoe to get it just exactly where I needed it to be and this did not reduce the adhesive quality. I must have repositioned it 4 or 5 times before being satisfied. I then pressed them down onto the shoe bottom firmly and let the adhesive "set up" or cure for the next 24 hours. No problems. I walked over concrete walks, slick tile floors, wood floors and carpeting and there was zero shift of the pads. I have no idea when the heel tips disappeared but it didn't matter.

Don't recommend for use with low-heel ankle boots or for those of us who walk like elephants
These are a great concept, but they wore out within two weeks of putting them on the bottom of my boots (the suede type you'd be equally okay with wearing to a casual office or a bar after work). The pads have turned into kind of a mushy mess. Maybe I walk like pachyderm; maybe the weight distribution of the boots was just not right for the material; maybe I somewhat misunderstood their intended application and use. But the sole of the boots I applied them to is completely featureless, and I followed the application directions to a T. For all intents and purposes, they should have done a little more. They worked well for about 5 days and then started to deteriorate. They also did not go through any inclement weather or unusual terrain. :/

Good, but apply 24 hours in advance
These worked well but I have one suggestion. The instructions say to apply them 24 hours in advance of wearing the shoes so the pads have time to cure. It would be very helpful if those instructions were more prominent on the packaging. I didn't see the instructions until I was applying the pads right before I needed to wear the shoes. The large pads stayed on fine and helped greatly, but the tiny pads that go on the heel slid right off. This really affected my walking as I was in an outdoor wedding with uneven surfaces. Until the packaging is changed (hopefully it will be), just know you really do need to apply these 24 hours ahead of time.

a great product!
It worked very well. The important thing to remember is to very carefully follow the application instructions. Also, when putting them on the soles of my shoes, I pressed down very hard, starting in the center of each piece and sliding my thumb in an outward motion to eliminate any potential air pockets under the pad. When walking in my shoes, I felt very secure with amount of traction I had on any surface, whether tile, carpet or cement. I gave it 4 stars because the little pieces intended for the heel area came off after just 3 hours of wear. But overall, a great product!

Great for slippery heels
I had bought super cute booties (3 inch thick heel). I ended up slipping on tile floors twice in one day (SO embarrassing). I wasn't going to return them, because duh, they're super cute. SO anyway, I ended up buying the Catwalk Clawz to put on the heel so I would stop slipping and they worked great! I am no longer slipping on any type of floor. I cut them to fit correctly on the heel. I have worn them three times and the Clawz do seem to be getting a little worn, but that's expected.

These have terrific grip. Seems to be a bit like rubber
These have terrific grip. Seems to be a bit like rubber, but with a finely cut pattern that makes it great for traction. I placed the pads on one shoe and left the other empty as a test. When brushed across the floor the padded shoes did not budge, my regular shoe bottom just slid away. I can't attest to the longevity of the sticker strength but they seem to stick very well. Make sure to clean the bottom of the shoe and have it dry, and place the stickers where the ball and heel of the feet would land. I placed one a little to the side so I can tell the balance will be a bit off but it's manageable. The size makes it so the balance may wobble a bit if you use your sides of the feet to walk, but if they were any bigger I think they would probably not fit some shoes.

If I'd been intelligent, I would have paid more attention to the review photos. I just applied the mini pad to the rather large heel of one shoe, found out it didn't do a thing at all, took it off and reapplied it to a different part of the shoe.I had to crop the bigger pad to fit to the heel.I did manage to get these to work. Maybe. It's actually too soon to tell. The reality is that these are really pointless.

I followed all the instructions to the letter. The grip for the heel of the shoes fell out on the first day, but that was ok because the grip for the sole of the foot stayed on. The grip itself is excellent, except the adhesive used to stick it doesn't last. It's been a month now and the grip on the sole is slowly slipping away. About half of the grip slipped away and i had to use a scissor to cut the area that was hanging off the side.On the upside, the grip itself is excellent for the rain.
