Cute toy. The tracks are a little lopsided. Just a little bit, which is not an issue aesthetically, but the car would get stuck on the second and fourth tier a lot.UPDATE: After reading my initial review, the company contacted me and offered to make things right by offering a replacement or refund without me asking. They truly are about making a better product and improving customer satisfaction. 4 stars for product. 5 stars for exemplary business.

This is a pretty well built and fun toy. I love that it's mostly wood. The cars roll great but do get stuck on the track from time to time but that's not a bad thing as it's taught my son how to fix them when stuck. We both have lots of fun with this track, taking turns putting cars down the ramp.

I got this to take with me to babysit a toddler. I watch him 3-4 days a week. The toy is very durable and I was please that the little cars are very well constructed. Because of the toddler’s age, I was mainly concerned of small parts on the cars. But was very relieved how well put together they are. I am a retired preschool teacher and have worked with young children for over 25 years.

My little one can't figure out how to make it work, where to put the cars properly, or how to put them on their wheels. He is still learning how it all works. He puts everything on the ramps and watches it slide down. Nothing, so far, gets stuck on the ramps. Even the cars upside down still slide down quite well. Things can be placed at any point in the ramps and they will slide. Other great features - the cars always come out a different way. It's part of the design. Both cars loaded at the top will still only go down one at a time. It's part of the design. The tower has 360 degrees of playability. Overall, it is durable and fun, but takes up space.

BUYING THIS PRODUCT I EXPECTED IT TO BE A GREAT GIFT FOR OUR TODDLER. THE ONLY REASON WHY I AM GIVING THIS PRODUCT A 4 STARS IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CARS WHEELS DONT SEEM THAT STURDY AND COULD BE A CHOKING HAZARD. ITS CUTE AND MY SON ENJOYS IT, HOWEVER AS A MOM I DO FEEL THE NEED TO SIT NEXT TO HIM TO MAKE SURE HE DOESNT PUT IT IN HIS MOUTH.
