Pentax 31491 Lens Cap F 49mm, Black

Nice to have the proper Pentax lens cap to protect the front element of my medium telephoto zoom lens. The cap is a perfect and secure fit.

This is the standard pinch-cap you are used to from the PENTAX DA-Series kit digital lenses. It does not look like the photo (at least on 22-Dec-2010) but instead has the un-painted, recessed PENTAX logo. Also unlike the photo, the pinch buttons are flush with the edge of the cap when fully extended (not sticking out like in the photo, which shows an old M-Series cap (I think it's an M-Series anyway.)These are the real replacement PENTAX caps and they are superior to aftermarket versions. Highly recommended.

Received the lens cap today and it is not the same lens cap pictured for the item. Also, it says used, but this lens cap looks like it came off a manual focus Pentax lens from the 1970s (really scratched/beat up). I would not describe it as lightly used.

Item not as pictured. I spent a while seekin out this particular lens cap and decided to pay a bit more for what I thought was pictured. The received item is totally different to pictured- all black and no logo which I certainly would not pay the extra money for.
