Eureka 61250-3 Replacement Roller Brush and Belt Kit for Eureka 4870 The Boss Smart Vac Uprights, 1 Brushroll - 1 61110C-12 Belt

I purchased and used a robot vacuum on our carpet and was amazed at what our upright had missed. Wife had complained that the upright was not working very good for some time and was going to but a new one. I found parts on line through Amazon. Price was right so I purchased new HEPA filter, motor filter Roller Brush and belt. All items were easy to install. After thorough cleaning I had it together with 30 minutes. I could not believe the difference, Carpet pile is lifted up and looks great. After reading some reviews prior to arrival I lifted the carpet height lever to highest level. The new brush would stall out if I tried to lower it. Old brush was worn down. After 4 uses I am able to lower brush a little more. These parts have made the Eureka vacuum a new one again and have made our carpets respectable. Purchased and received all parts within 1-day as a Prime member. Best buy of the month for me.

This order was received on time and good condition and had either worked it would have been a good deal....But alas, as it turns out neither worked in my Ultra smart vac Eureka model 4870.I had basically overhauled my vacuum with new filter bags, hepa filter, motor filter, drive belt and roller.Everything fit perfect, up until replacing the roller and belt.My 47 year old Eureka vac just needed a few upgrades.After installing all the parts, I set the vac upright and excitedly rushed to turn in on.The vaccuum ran great as usual and expected, except the beater/brush bar was not turning. I took the last two items off. The brush measured the same key diameter(s) as the original 47 year old original: however; the belt measured a few millimeters longer than the original. After much research online, I found the exact match and ordered it on Amazon. It came in today and I installed it.After reading many more reviews, it appears others have had this issue as well. It appears the bristles are too long. The roller just sits there while the drive motor just burns it's way through your brand new belt.Other people's solution seemed 'smart'.....Trim a few millimeters off the new brush..... Now the brush spins freely with just 2 millimeters trimmed off. In fact on the lowest carpet height setting the brush no longer touches the carpet at all.I do not recommend this brush or this belt for the 4870 Ultra Smart vac Eureka and I will never purchase it again.

It works just fine. It did make a little noise when first installed (probably the new bristles hitting on edges), but that noise eventually went away. Economical replacement. I should have done it sooner.

It was impossible to put this thing on. The video shows that it is so easy but when you try to put it on, the brush will not spin. Spent so much time, over and over again thinking I was doing something wrong. Did it exactly as the video showed and could never get it to work.

Roller was a direct replacement and fit perfectly. Belt on the other hand was too long and had to purchase a second belt. Recommend buying each item individually to guarantee fit.

This was the Last Chance Repair before sending our Vacuum to the Appliance Graveyard. The New Brush Brought It Back to Life. Works Just Like Brand New

i bought a Eureka from a dealers garage sale, it worked great but the roller brush went out. i order this one only to discover after much research that i had a very rare discontinued model (cant remember the #) This roller brush should fit MOST other boss vacuums as best as i can tell

A perfect fit for my Eureka The Boss Smart Vacuum Cleaner and easy to install with just a little bit of pressure when the parts and their compartments are lined up correctly.

The strap is not as good as the original for my model of vacuum.
