DiskLoc feature only available on 4.7 GB DVD-R format VIDEO
I purchased this product and discovered that my "diskloc protected disks" were easy to duplicate. The description clearly states that DVD+R DL disks are compatible, and that your duplicated disks could not be copied. This cannot be further from the truth.All the formats listed will duplicate, but not with copy protection. CDs duplicate, but not with copy protection. The listing clearly states "musicians, photographers..." How many musicians and photographers are going to be making video DVDs? Dual layer disks duplicate, but not with copy protection.After lots of wasted time I called Technical support at EZ Dupe, and they informed me that the only disks that can apply copy protection are Video (not data) DVD-R Single Layer 4.7 GB Disks, and that they must have a minimum of 1 GB on the disk.There is neither a manual for this product (that includes the DiskLoc feature) nor this information on this listing with Amazon, nor is this information online at EZDupe.com in their description. I feel totally ripped off. Would have been helpful to know before purchasing this product and getting into a situation where I cannot serve my clients as promised.
