M&P Shield 40 Holster with TLR-6 Light Laser IWB Kydex Holster Custom Fit: Smith & Wesson M&P Shield 9mm/.40 w/TLR-6 - Inside Waistband - Cover Mag-Button, Widened Entrance, No Wear, No Jitter

I've been having a hard time finding an outside waist band holster (OWB) for my pistol (S&W MP40) because of the laser guide attachment that is on it. Looking at this one it looked like it would fit however it is an inside waist band (IWB). I decided to buy it even though I really wanted an (OWB). I drilled exact size holes on the other side and mounted the belt clip on the other side & now it works as an outside waist band holster!! I don't know why this company doesn't just pre-drill holes on the other side so it can be used either way, or make this exact model as an (OWB) but I just "modified" it myself & now I can change it back if I want it as an (IWB). The quality of the material is very good so even though I drilled new holes in it I do not think it will wear down or brake over time!! Other than all that it is a Great holster, that is easy to use, light weight, very comfortable, and you can adjust the retention on it to make the pistol slide out easy or hard.

This fits the correct make and model with accessories as advertised. I have been using this setup as my EDC for about a year now and love it. It has a nice sweat guard and I keep it at the tightest retention I can without stripping the screw. I wouldn't mind a little more retention but its pretty good and easily passes the shake test. I have never had it accidentally unholster while doing construction and remodeling, crawling in attics and under houses. I have fallen on it and never managed to break it. Full trigger protection.

I bought this for my Smith and Wesson MP shield with a TL laser fits the gun perfectly and keeps it snug. This works perfectly for me and is comfortable.

Excellent fit on m&p 9mm with tlr-6. So comfortable I can lay down on the couch and forget it's even there (I do not recommend this). My only complaint would be that it is not very adjustable as far as cant of the weapon goes. This would make it even more versatile. My normal 3 o'clock carry with this holster won't work well as I cannot get a full grip due to position (because it snugs up tight to my skin and I am not a big person). Moved to 4 o'clock and it works well but now my muscle memory and seated access are hindered. Lastly, there is complete trigger coverage which I appreciate. Overall I still like this and it is worth it imo.

After buying so many holsters i finally found a Good one perfect fit even has space for flashing and laser addon this is a 10 out of 10

Just opened it up today and overall, it’s tacky and unimpressive. The retention is sloppy and my shield fits poorly and rattles around when in the holster. It would absolutely drop my gun given the opportunity. I bought the claw from the same company and it won’t tighten up enough to stop moving and folds constantly so it realistically offers nothing when it comes to improved conceal-ability. The thin material flexes and sits over the mag release, so I can only imagine it’s a matter of time until it releases a magazine inadvertently. I will run this holster long enough to be able to afford a nicer one, but I will feel nervous and uncomfortable during that time. This feels like a $20 gimmick holster, when it reality I spent close to $60 on it. Little value for the money you spend. Save your money and buy something that will actually secure your shield properly.

Fits perfect with the shield plus and defentac light/laser. For those complaining about the mag release getting depressed by the holster, grab a lighter and form the holster away from the release. Takes two seconds. Can’t beat it for the price, especially when it fits the defentac light in addition to the streamlight.

Awesome fit with a Smith & Wesson m&P 9 shield with the TRL-6HL. Good retention and very comfortable in the wasteband.

Es resistente y permite portar con seguridad la pistola M&P Shield 9mm que lleva instalada el laser de precisión. Debería tener la posibilidad de ajustar internamente la presión de extracción del arma, pero como no la tiene, le he añadido un poco de fieltro con adhesivo y queda perfecta.
