If you don't leave your house for 14 days, you are good.
This stuff is exactly what is says. It's going to help you move your bowels. I had to drink it cautiously. There were times I would enjoy it at night (all the flavors are good, in my opinion) and go to sleep. By the time I got to work, oh boy...gotta get to that bathroom in a hurry and not just once. Luckily, I'm not micro-managed, so going to the bathroom 3 times in an hour can go unnoticed. Probably a little too much info, but....I'm sure some of you will find it helpful.

Good tea
This is my 4th day drinking this tea. I have already lost 2.5kgs(or about 5.5lbs). It tastes great and I love the variety I definitely will be purchasing this product again
