Q: The cover stitching is not great and there is an opening. How do I arrange a replacement cover?

I don't know exactly but the frame is quite insubstantial and easily damaged. Mine blew over within days and was damaged, even though it had plants on each shelf. Both zips also broke within a few weeks. I had two quite large courgette plants in plastic pots on one shelf and found them on the floor as it had collapsed. I wouldn't recommend this product unless you it is going in a very sheltered spot or can be secured in some way and don't plan to put much on the shelves.

Yes. The shelves just sit on the rails so can be removed easily.

It comes as a complete kit including frame, shelves and outer fabric as shown. It’s easily put together with no tools required.
