It works
I started off with this on my 26" caliper braked MTB and then when I bought a new 27.5" disc brake bike transferred it across. I think it was easier to fit with disc brakes, but it might be that I had had the practice on the calipers first so that might not be a fair test. But, it sits nice and snug under the forks and the velcro fastening is less likely to cut in to your paint work or erode the plastic as you ride. It seems expensive for what is essentially some moulded plastic but it really does do the job it is designed for. So if you want less wet legs and feet from riding through water then this is great. I don't do much "hardcore" off roading but the muddy fields I've been across have also caused no issues. It looks OK too. I got the long version becuase I thought it would offer better protection than the shorty. I feel this was the correct choice. Overall a recommend.

Good fit for my Nukeproof Mega Comp 2020 29er front tyre.
Good: Long enough to cover my Nukeproof Mega Comp 2020 front 29er tyre.Nice black matt stealth finish, not shiny as Rapid Racer (RRP) Pro guard ones.Easy to install, comes with a long velcro (You have to cut to your requirement ).Not so good: It's bit flimsy to my liking, may be It's due to velcro fastening. I would recommend zip ties instead for a solid and sturdy fitting. I haven't tested it yet on trails yet. It's quite pricey for a piece of plastic.Latest review after a test ride. It's obviously much better than normal fenders, it keeps your face totally free of muck and any splashes on wet trails (See pic)*. I am quite happy with the long mudguard, highly recommended.

Fairly lightweight. Fits my 27.5 snugly, velcro straps pointless use cable ties.
Quite happy with this mudguard. It's long enough on the front that my sleeping bags compression sack won't ever rub on the tyre when I strap it to my handlebar. The length on the back helps to stop any mud, water or stones from flinging up towards either my face or the downtube. The mudguard fits just about but there's not a lot of clearance. It's not the toughest or most durable mudguard but it will last and it's not as heavy as some others. Overall it's good just not quite worth £25... I had to pay the £25 though because I needed to protect my eVent compression sack from hitting the front tyre when it's on my handlebar. The eVent sack is worth more than the mudguard so it's more of a security thing for me giving me peace of mind.

Disappointed
Bought to fit a 29 rim and 2.9 tyre, I knew it would be tight, but the description states it’s within the spec. The Mudguard arrived deformed / bent at certain points!! Not too much of an issue, as it’s fairly flexible, but it’s difficult to get it straight enough so it holds its form; particularly when it’s going to be a tight squeeze! You shouldn’t’ have to start reworking a new part. Then there is the supplied Velcro, which was another factor that I liked when I made my buying decision. Good idea, but there is not enough of the Velcro supplied to do the job, consequently one of the fastening points is fitted with a cable tie, so looks odd and isn’t what I wanted to start with!!There were cheaper mudguards with cable ties that I discounted in favour of this one!The fit is very tight, too tight on my 2.9 tyre, which was rubbing on it, despite me trying to bend it back into shape. After much and slight adjustment, the tyre is now turning clear of the mudguard, but for how long? Come on, your buyers are serious people looking for a quality, robust and usable product, a deformed part and not enough Velcro fastening role is very poor and unacceptable.I’ll update this after a decent ride to see if the mudguard holds up to normal use - watch this space.

Almost brilliant
I'm only whinging but I have flattish 2.50 tyres and they're rarely quiet, but after several previous attempts to get a good 29" combo front and back for the winter towpath my search for a front stop with this. My only issue is with the fasteners, but I'm gonna start experimenting with wire ties
