Bought for second child and used for approximately 3-4 months. Was amazing and worked great. Just had third child and does not work. Have tried everything. Very expensive to work for only one child ☹️

Just amazing. The baby loves to sleep..the swing is very soothing... just switch it on and the gentle swing puts the baby to sleep.. my newborn sleeps in this.. the music is also very calming for the baby.. the rocking is very gentle .. thank u amazon for making this available in india

I like the cry detection function, it really does soothe my one month old baby when she starts crying. There is no assembly with this swing, just pop the mobile on and it’s good to go. The seat seems very cozy and safe. The only cons are that it’s pretty loud and heavy. I was torn between this and the 4moms mamaroo. I chose this because I’ve read many reports of those machines malfunctioning and I didn’t want anything that hooks up to WiFi. I like the simplicity of this one. All in all I am happy with this purchase.

The rocking function is very abrupt and strong and loud even when put on minimal strength, It makes my baby spew. Also the mattress is very thin and hard, and impossible to find a replacement for it.

I would put this as a must have baby item. My baby loves anything that vibrates so this has been a game-changer! Only complaint about the vibrate function is that it automatically cuts off after 2 hours and sometimes wakes my baby up. I wish it was optional for the automatic cut off. The rocking doesn’t cut off automatically and is really nice too!! We only tried the cry detection when we first got the bassinet and aren’t really impressed with it since it takes around 15 secs for it to cut on and by that point our baby was hysterical and wasn’t going to be calmed down by random movements and sounds cutting on. I need to play with the parental controls for that and see if the vibrate can be cut back on in that case to help. I think it’d be more effective for a non-colicky baby or as she gets older (we got this when she was 2-3 weeks old). I wish the mattress pad in it was more comfortable but I know it’s due to strict baby guidelines for a firm mattress. There are storage pockets on the bottom but they’re pretty low down so I’m not sure how convenient they are for items you’d need frequently but would work good for items you weren’t constantly reaching for. The bassinet is spacious. I really love ours and it’s worth every penny!Oct 7: The vibrate feature just stopped working and couldn’t get it to cut back on. We ordered a replacement so I was happy with that.Oct. 29: Replacement bassinet didn’t seem to have the same vibrate noise and strength but was quieter so we thought it might be from an upgrade from our first one. Baby seemed to like it just fine so no worries there. Now the whole bassinet is powering off on its own so we’ve ordered another replacement.Overall, with the service Amazon provides we would still purchase this again because it’s such a good product and size but be aware you may have mechanical issues with it. I love the bassinet!
