This is not rated correctly for what temperature this product can withstand! I do not usually use exclamation points when reviewing but we are currently in the process of once again opening windows and turning fans on because of this product!! It not only stinks but releases a toxic fume that causes nausea, headaches, sore throat, and a lot of coughing and gagging...... We have had wood stoves for many many years....we use silicone caulking to fill in where the little gaps might be in the stove pipe and have never had this happen. Slight smell in the first few burns yes...but this is outrageous!! We wrote to the company and their explanation was we are burning our woodstove too hot for their product. Untrue! We have a thermometer on the stove pipe itself to monitor the heat levels. We run it under what their maximum temperature is. But like most companies today, they don't want to take responsibility!! Even at low temps this stuff stinks!!! My advice would be to stay away!
