I love this color! It's a gorgeous moody blue. I do recommend going through the beads before starting your project and culling out the non uniformed sized oned if you value perfect symmetry in your work. Otherwise, as long as you pick out the obviously super thick and super slim beads, you'll be fine & the variance in seedbead sizes won't be noticeable by most.The shade of these beads is most accurately reflected in the 1st pic I uploaded, while the rest more accurately display size variance. On the last picture I'm showing the difference in sizes in these beads that I've come across so far working with them.Despite what many people claim, Muyuki are never perfectly uniform, but they're much more consistent in size than Czech beads. If you're looking for the most uniform beads on the market, look into TOHO Aiko - they are significantly more pricy than Miyuki and other types of Toho seedbeads, but if it's worth it to you to save time on your project without having to first sort through your seedbeads, it may be worth it.Keep in mind, if your project is small, like mine was, spending an extra few minutes culling out beads perhaps isn't a big deal, but if you have a large project in mind, allocating extra time to sorting beads that you otherwise would be able to use for beading may become frustrating.When possible, choose the option with the protective coating known as Duracoat for your Miyuki seedbeads - while a bit more expensive, your beads will retain their color for a much longer time! Especially if they're metallic/galvanized. Non duracoat galvanized seedbeads have the color easily rubbed off...sometimes while you're still working with them.If you're looking for a protective coating on TOHO seedbeads, go with Permafinish.

Top notch consistency - color, size, shape... couldn't be better. I ordered 4 tubes and so far have used one full tube. It's not unusual to discard a few seed beads due to an odd shaped one, or one where the hole is too small or blocked. I have used 100% of the beads in this tube. I'm thoroughly pleased.
