I am a big fan of this product (it's a subscribe&save item for me), but the most recent order suffered from a quality control issue that has wasted 50% of the coffee and created a comical but-for-the-inconvenience mess of my kitchen. Half of the 12 bags were not fully sealed (a manufacturing flaw, I assume) which pretty much defeated all of the reasons I have been using Bizzy bagged coffee. And now I've paid twice as much for the usable portion of my order as well as been concerned going forward that this will be an ongoing issue.UPDATED: I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars and am delighted to report that within hours I was contacted by Bizzy. They issued a full refund for the defective order and reassured me that it was a known issue that has already been dealt with at their end. So, now I should be able to remain a loyal customer of a company that makes a delicious product, runs a responsible operation, and provides superior customer service. Thanks Bizzy!

I have ordered this product for years. I was so disappointed after opening to find several of the coffee packet had openings. Coffee grounds were everywhere. Coffee packets cannot be used and there is no return/ replacement:(

Been buying this coffee for about 2 years and love it. Been having some problems lately thou. I usually get 4 bags of 12 pouches. Last 2 orders I have had bags that were ripped (3 out of 12), which were unusable and spilled all over the place. In the last order 1 of the bags of 12 pouches only came with 8 actual pouches. Might be having some packing issues. Hope my next order is problem free

I was hesitant to try this for the fact I can’t find a cold brew espresso that doesn’t create “sludge” this had MINIMAL sludge and it really tasty. Just wish it made bigger packages

For those of us addicted to cold brew, and who need it because of sensitive stomachs, this is an answer to my travel woes. When traveling to some parts of the country, and overseas, I find cold brew sometimes difficult to find. THIS is the answer. Thank you.

I love all of Bizzy’s cols brew products but the Espresso Blend is the best I have had so far. Refreshing and no bitter after taste like other brands I have tried before. Definitely recommend if you like a cold brew with a little extra kick to it.

I have been buying Bizzy for a while now, and just recently, the last several have had 1 or 2 of the coffee brewing bags open and spilling coffee grounds out. So, before you pour water over the bags, check them to make sure they are sealed, unless you want to drink and chew you cold brew 😉

The coffee is delicious and easy to brew. In my last order, four of the twelve bags were broken and the coffee had spilled out. Kind of a waste to have to toss all that good coffee.
