No, these watercolor paints are not ideal for use on wood. They are ideal for coloring books, business cards, art diaries, sketching, bullet journaling, lettering, and creating your own artwork on watercolor pads, card making, art journaling, and sketching paper.

Both sets are virtually identical both in paint volume and size...one kit is specifically for Travel with the clip lock box which is slightly smaller than the 'home' set

All I can tell you is that the paint set is perfect and I didn't need anymore. The Colours are great and it comes with a water brush and a few other items. I did buy watercolour paper as the paper supplied is a very small size. For the price it’s excellent value and I like it more than my other paints which cost over twice the price.

Hi Amber! To fill your water brush with water. You first need to unscrew the section of the pen that the brush bristle, you can then place it under a running tap or submerge it in a small container of water such as a bowl or mug. You can also, fill the brush pen reservoir using a small water bottle. Fill up, recap and enjoy!
